Stella Fuentes

Occupational Therapist
Founder, Owner, Clinical Director 

Stella Fuentes is the founder, owner, and Clinical Director of Advance Therapy Works a leading multi-disciplinary therapy center dedicated to serving children and adults. A nationally certified occupational therapist, Stella earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University in 2000.

With over 25 years of experience, Stella has worked across a variety of clinical settings, specializing in the treatment of children with developmental disabilities. Her expertise includes working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, and other complex neurological conditions. 
Stella’s approach to care is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves personalized attention to support their unique journey toward growth and independence. Through her leadership, Advance Therapy Works continues to thrive as a trusted center for clinical excellence, innovation, and heartfelt service.

Dr. Tatiana Fuentes

DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Tatiana Fuentes is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with a deep passion for helping children reach their greatest potential. Since earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2011, she has amassed extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan—from premature infants to older adults—addressing a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. 

She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of premature infants, Delayed Motor Milestones, Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Idiopathic Toe walking, Hypotonia, Developmental Coordination Disorder, and Scoliosis.

With a special focus on early childhood development, Tatiana has worked closely with the Early Steps program, where she provided training and support to parents, caregivers, and fellow clinicians. 

She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and empowering families through education, hands-on support, and compassionate care. Each therapy plan is personalized and thoughtfully designed to support a child’s developmental goals while fitting naturally into their everyday routines. Tatiana’s goal is to help every child thrive at home, in school, and within their community.

Jenna Spitzer

Speech Language Pathologist

Jenna is a speech-language pathologist  certified by the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the Florida Department of health. She was awarded her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Florida in 2014. Jenna is Prompt Trained (Prompt for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Target). She is also trained in Talk Tools Oral Placement Therapy (Level 1), a type of oral-motor therapy that targets specific movements needed for speech and feeding.  Jenna also works with adults with swallowing, voice, cognitive and language disorders. She joined Advance Therapy Works in 2014.

Yaimarie Saez

Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist

Yaimarie Saez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida, dedicated to enhancing communication abilities across both pediatric and adult populations. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, with particular expertise in neurological conditions.

Yaimarie earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Therapy in Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Speech Pathology in Miami, Florida. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes the creation of supportive, client-centered environments that empower individuals of all ages to overcome their unique communication challenges.

Yaimarie provides comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Her clinical internship at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital strengthened her pediatric expertise.

Deeply committed to improving quality of life through communication, Yaimarie also prioritizes family education and involvement to ensure consistent support and continuity of care beyond therapy sessions.
